If you are using PubMed, you can limit your search to Case Reports with the 'Article types' filter. First, enter your keyword(s) in the search box and click search. Then, on the results page, you will see filter options down the left side of the page. Click on 'Additional Filters' and check 'Case Reports' within the 'Article Type' menu. Then click 'Show'. Back on the results page, click on 'Case Reports' in the Article Type filters.
If you are using CINAHL Plus with Full Text, limit your results in the Publication Type menu to Case Study.
