The library has that title in print in the government documents collection. It is sometimes called Bevans after the author. The call number is JX236 1968 .A5. SBU patrons can request a digital copy of the pages  through the Document Delivery Service

There is also an online digitized copy of Bevans from LLMC Digital. The pages you seek appear to be in the 3rd digitized volume. To find them, click on the highlighted text to the left of Volume 3, 1931-45 and select your desired page range on the left.

The Library of Congress also  has a partially digitized version of Bevans, including volumes 1-4.
