The section of the Library with books in Romanian is PC 601-872.

Unfortunately, STARS, the Library catalog, does not include an option for searching by Romanian language. You can try searching WorldCat, located under "W" in the DATABASES tab found in the blue search box at the top of the library homepage.  In the Advanced Search feature, you can choose the Language Phrase option, typing in Romanian.  WorldCat searches most libraries in the U.S. & Canada and many overseas.  It will show you which items are owned by Stony Brook University Libraries.
