The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) website is a good place to begin. You can use the Browse by Country feature on the right sidebar to discover data and statistics about refugee populations around the world. The World bank has a selection of links for data, statistics and information on refugees and displaced people. Included on the list of links is Refugees International, which you might find particularly useful. National Geographic has developed an interactive map showing global refugee populations and displaced people.
