I don't see anything in our collection about the cemetery or Seaford.  I would recommend contacting the Public Library in Seaford for information on Bryant Cemetery:

They have a few books on Seaford that might contain information, including this one from 2003:

Title:     Clam diggahs : Seaford : tales of a town gone by : a Long Island memoir /
Author(s):     Schwicker, Frederick P.
Publication:     Lisbon Falls, ME : Sheldrake Editions/Soleil Press,
Year:     2003
Description:     205 p. : ill. ; 23 cm.

If you have a library card with either Nassau or Suffolk county public libraries, you should be able to request that book to be delivered to your local library.

The Seaford Public Library might also have other material in their archives or special collections about the cemetery, or know where items are located.

New York Public Library and Queensborough Public Libray have another book on Seaford:

Title:     Seaford, Long Island, N.Y. :
1643-1968, 325th anniversary.
Publication:     [Seaford, N.Y.,
Year:     1968
Description:     1 v. (unpaged) : ill., maps ; 28 cm.
