There are currently three products available to Health Sciences Library users that link to the library's journal subscriptions through various mobile devices. All three of these products are listed on the Medicine subject guide Mobile Medicine tab available from the link below.

Browzine works by organizing the articles found in Open Access and University Libraries subscriptions (including Health Sciences Library subscriptions), uniting them into complete journals, then arranging these journals on a common virtual newsstand. The result is an easy and familiar way to browse, read and monitor scholarly journals across the disciplines.

Docwise allows for reading your favorite medical journals in one place. Users can create topics and then receive articles with automatic updates or quickly share articles with colleagues and save abstracts to read offline. Available for the iPhone and iPad. Read more about it at the link below.

Read by QxMD promotes “seamless automatic one-tap access to full text PDFs available” for many universities, including Stony Brook University.
