You can begin by using the blue search box on the libaray homepage (link below). Enter 'post traumatic stress disorder', then use the Refine Results tool box on the left side. Under Subject, click 'veterans,' this will narrow your results. You can continue to narrow your results, for example select mental health, then click See More, from the longer list select 'military personnel.'  Explore the other Refining Tools, for example, Publication, Geography.

You may also try a broad search for 'post traumatic stress disorder,' then click Advanced Search and add AND 'returning to civilian life.' You can narrow further by using the Refining tools. 

I  would also search JSTOR, Project Muse and Military and Government Collection. Click on DATABASES in the blue search box on the liberary homepage,then J for JSTOR, P for Project Muse, etc.

For books and government reports, in the blue search box on the library homepage click CATALOG ONLY.  I would do a general search on post traumatic stress disorder in that case.  Several of the books should have a section on reintegration of veterans.
