The Library does not offer proctors for exams. Academic and Transfer Advising Services does, however.
The following information comes from their web page on Exam Proctoring:
Non-Stony Brook Students
Non-Stony Brook students are eligible to have an exam proctored in Academic & Transfer Advising Services, located on the Stony Brook West campus. The cost is $50/per exam payable to the University’s Bursar’s Office, account #900546. This service is beneficial for non-Stony Brook students who are currently enrolled in on-line courses at outside institutions and need an on-site proctored location. Exams can be proctored Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. For further information on the exam proctoring service or to schedule an exam date and time, please contact Theresa Frey in Academic & Transfer Advising Services, (631) 632-7082, option 2.
