Google Scholar searches articles, books, theses, and other scholarly material.  Google Scholar can be accessed at scholar.google.com.

To enhance your Google Scholar search experience, set the Scholar Preference for Stony Brook University Libraries to help find full-text articles.  Here's how:

1.  Click on Settings.

2. Click on Library Links.

2.  Type "Stony Brook " in the box next to Library links and click Find Library.

3.  Place a check next to Stony Brook University - SUNY - Fulltext @ Stony Brook.

4.  Once you set this preference, you will see  a link "Full-text @ Stony Brook" next to items.  When you click on "Full-text @ Stony Brook", you will be able to search to find out if the full-text of the article is available in print or online via the Stony Brook University Libraries.

Please keep in mind that Google Scholar does not link to all of the resources that are available through the Stony Brook University Libraries website. Please check our databases or ask a librarian for help if you have trouble finding the full text of an article.
